Nothing beats being in Seaspray Rooms. We appreciated the loyal staff and the location was fantastic. We dined out at Trattoria Italiana, set a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Loved the place, MEMORABLE stay. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It has a downstairs bar. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Enjoyable base for couples in Bexhill-on-Sea. Bed was lovely, and the staff were best! It was adjacent to Model Yacht Pond. Lots of fabulous food, we liked it. The room was very nice and very clean.
